Arriving Late at Groups
We strongly recommend that once you are recruited, you attend the group at the time indicated on your confirmation email. We will not take any responsibility for late arrivals as once the groups start you will not be allowed to attend. Any calls for cancellations should be made to 9651-4660. However, if you are running late and need to know if you will still be allowed into the group you are better off calling the group rooms yourselves.Thank you!
Farron Research Policy
We understand that sometimes emergencies do arise preventing you from meeting your commitment. If you have any problems and are unable to attend please call us immediately so we can replace your spot with sufficient notice, and book you for another research session.
At Farron Research we take drop outs very seriously and will not be able to consider you for future research if you do not attend a session once committed. A lot of time and effort has gone into organizing groups, and if you do not attend, this disrupts the dynamics of the group preventing its effectiveness.
